When the dealer was unresponsive to my request to confirm that the car was ready to shipment and was not making the arrangement with, you were able to step in and get those arrangement made for me. Now that I am looking at another auction of a classic vehicle, rather than agreeing to use a shipping service through the web site running the auction in question, I contacted you to see if you could arrange shipment for me from Sacramento (no LA this time) to Arizona. I was extremely happy to hear back from you that you could do that and the quote you provided to me appears to be lower than that unofficial quote from the auction house web site. I know that you are rooting for me to win the auction at a price that is affordable for me and I fully appreciate how concerned you are for the satisfaction of your clients – but, beyond that, I have felt that you feel personally involved and feel that you have become a friend and ally and someone I can turn to whenever I have shipping needs.
Your assistance and caring attitude are verry much appreciate and I will continue to contact you anytime I have a need to arrange for shipments.
